Now this something someone with my type of sick, twisted unpolitically correct sense of humor would like to see. Link requested š
What a bullshit ending to a episode. they better not do that anymore.
yeah, not a big fan of the cliff hanger ending even if iām binging the show
āDuck Soupā will always be my favorite but this is a close second. I canāt believe itās almost a hundred years old! š®
I canāt help it but thinking: how can one bad apple spoil the whole bunch? Watched all 3 first eps and am both fascinated and cringing about the terribly bad acting (even from the renowned actresses but KK is simply abysmal), lousy writing and bad taste at the same time. Product placement all over and partly like watching a commercial of a plastic surgeon-wifey. I gave it 1 star and will most probably watch the next eps. Is this a contradiction? Indeed! But thatās whatās trash TV is about.
when a celebrity is in the cast the other actors are usually told to make them look good
Alan Carr (tho I adore him) is an awful choice for traitor. If he doesnāt get sussed out immediately heāll end up having a nervous breakdown lol.
I also adore Stephen Fry and am thrilled to know heād enjoy my home by the way he described the castleās dĆ©cor :)
I actually really like the show I watched the first episode and enjoyed it will watch the rest.

Very enjoyable movie to watch. A major complaint though is the conveyance of time. The movie probably transpires over a month or more seeing how they talk about a months worth of rations before leaving. However when watching in real time it seems as though the trip took a week or so. So the complete 180 of feelings that Christian Bales character has just doesnāt seem authentic but rather forced for the narrative. Same with Rosamund Pikeās character. They both start out absolutely loathing Natives but after, again, what seems like a week, maybe 2 at most, they now kill for them and even adopt one????
If you donāt know the concept of how slow traveling by horse is and take major note of them saying they have over a months rations of food. You donāt really feel the emotional change that happens with the characters. If they would of conveyed this more (with growing beards, mentioning of food left, or just out right saying it) it would of helped the message more and made it more impactful. 7/10
watching this in 2011 seeing the dogers owner ā¦. hey guess what u will win the world series in 2025 ā¦ā¦..only took u 14 years !
does it gt remotely better after episode 1? or is this the general energy of this monstrosity (so far)
now this was dope! both latif and shazad latif (sp) were great. Sky is starting to put out some great workā¦. that opening theme alone was done with such style and creativity. too bad its a mini series.
I finally decided to watch this, and the pilotās ending made me cry so hard. If you havenāt watched it, consider it strongly.
this is MAGICAL for anyone who has difficulties falling asleep.
Jokes aside, ppl dont seem to understand that āshowsā/ āfilmā of this quality are created for one purpose only. its called money Laundering. does anyone even comprehend how SIMPLE this is to accomplish in THIS particular industry? for example, take the opening theme of this āseriesā ask yourself if it looks like ant real effort was put in? it looks like it was made on my 29.99 target burner phoneā¦. folks these are factssssss not my imagination..
THANK YOUUUU for this or Iād have missed it⦠and, I DEF NEEDED THIS TODAY!!! whoās hollering upinhere again, dangit?? 0.0

This was chilling. I can see if I watched this expecting āEntertainmentā then the ending would disappoint but I quickly realized that this was educational and a warning thus the ending was perfect.
Maybe. But I feel like comparing Julius Cesare to modern a day politicians is a large discredit to him. He was one of the greatest leaders to ever exist.
Caesar took power because the senate were powerless to enforce checks and balances, despite all the laws he broke. In the end, the only way he could be stopped was by assassination.
The only thing great was the fear he instilled.
Went under the knife, hurts to laugh, dunno if I should be havinā coffee with Colbert.
A giggle with an OWWch means you made it back alive and wellā¦W00T!! Welcome back! And enjoy that coffee for real, hope rehab doesnāt suk as much as it always does. Best wishes luvā£ļø
I was struck by the characterizations of Julius Caesar and Nero. According to the episode Caesar was a showman who became well known to the elites and the general public as a big entertainment promoter of spectacles who used his connections and fame from producing spectacles as a strategy to rise in politics. He was known for over the top flourishes like adding polished silver to gladiator armor to make it glint in the sunlight. His combination of entertainment and politics was so successful that after 20 years they made him dictator for life. That all sounds very familiar. Nero was the other side of the coin ā he was mainly interested in entertaining himself and his friends and seeing how far he could keep pushing the envelope. poured a lot of money into constructing a huge amphitheater meeting his own specific designs and preferences, and the senate wasnāt too happy with his grandiose behavior. He insisted that his amphitheater had to be the largest amphitheater in the world. He liked hanging out with celebrities and had a favorite gladiator. This also all sounds extremely familiar. The couple of decades that all of this was happening, Rome slid from republican government to autocracy followed by imperial rule.

The Title āA Heinous Devilā should have been ā Dumb and Dumber ā. Not sure I want to watch anymore.
Seaason 10 starts tomorrow! (well, Thursday for us). I thought when Doug Henshall left, that would be itās death knell, but itās just as good now. I really like the personal background stories.
I havenāt watched any of the episodes since Henshall left but I have them all saved. He was the feature that drew me in. Iāll get to them eventually.
When Ben Miller left āDeath in Paradiseā I stopped watching and never went back.
Lordy, at this point I am rooting for the evil to kill all these characters..show is just chock full of D ead E nd I diots..
What Roman events are you referring to?

Okay so that Schimitar @27:20 is about the sexiest damn fake ship Iāve ever seen. In my opinion, the best of the 4 movies by a landslide, half this movie is an epic throw down between the Enterprise and Schimitar.
only about a third of the episodes were any good, the rest were either garbage artsy fartsy nonsense or low quality cartoon/anime cliche copycats, the last episode being the worst - disney really dropping the ball on every single IP they own
I dont know why but First Contact felt watered down in comparison to Generations and this one feels watered down in comparison to First Contact, I still enjoyed it though, onto Nemesis, then Picard I think.
A really good movie but doesnāt compare to Generations, Generations was such a spectacle and gave us everything Star Trek is only new and improved complete with epic space battles.
For the one interested in viewing š this in sync with the šļø Firefly Series.. krl246 suggests an āultimateā viewing order in a comment on the page. Someone in the comments also mentioned that this movie is to be seen after the series. I found that it worked good š for me. Happy viewing.

The above is a common, ābestā viewing order.. I took home a torrent to get a better res for this and it also had this order.. It ended in a naturally cool and satisfactory way.
From what I have understood in the comments here Serenity the Movie is next, AFTER the series.
What are you talking about? There are 4 more episodes.
It depends on the viewing order one choose. There are an āultimateā viewing order that krl246 listed in their comment here and that also are in the 1080p torrents
I loaded. Iām not in any ways suggesting that this is ultimate for you, but it certainly worked for me, ending with a good last sentence.. Thatās what.
What an amazing doc. I thought i was just a fussy eater but it turns out i have a eating disorder.
