Description: So does anyone else out there like Post Apocalyptic films as much as i do? oh man i have been obsessed since a little boy! especially the ones set after a nuclear disaster. here is a list of as many films as i could find. if there are any films that you think should be on here please message me. since there doesn’t seem to be a comment section. even though i have comments allowed….unless i’m not understanding something. Edit: so over the next few weeks or months or so ill be restructuring this list :) adding more films as well as shows! basically any movie/show that takes place during an apocalypse or leads into one or takes places after one with the majority of the earth in ruins will be added. so take judge dredd and dredd for instance, even though its set dystopian/totalitarian world with civilization grouped in large cities, the cities are very few and most of the earth in the dredd universe is a wasteland and radioactive. now if its simply a dystopian world like oh say demolition man while the world is very much changed the world doesn’t seem to have ended. then there are films like Escape from the Planet of the apes while taking place in the modern world before the end it still is apart of the series as a whole and it would feel kinda weird not including it but include the rest of the series. only apes movie i wont include is the Tim Burton movie and thats cause its not set on earth which leads me to a rule and thats only movies that takes place on earth as much as i hate that cause that means i cant include Pandarum LOL i really love that movie. and one final note and thats the inclusion of the terminator films even though only one took place in the future i’ve decided to include them all since they do have a apocalypse them and featuring some cool(although few) futuristic themes. once again it didn’t feel right including just salvation and not all of them. anyway stand by for a massive update :)
