Easy while it is indeed a cool visual given that this is a franchise that is based on a real life I guess you could say sport having a Gladiator ride a rhino isn’t something that’d be doing as they’d be more focused trying to survive plus the trailer just doesn’t do a good job of making the film look good at all.
Gladiator was not based on a “real life”. It just fuses together various recorded incidents spread out over 600 years, and ascribed these to one fictional character.
It’s not in any way, shape or form, historically accurate.
