This film was made on a really low budget and so of course the acting won’t be all that good as they couldn’t afford A list actors or even B list actors for that matters as for the sound the few minuets that I listened to sounded fine.
I guess it was scarier when I first saw it when I was a teen in the ‘90s, but now it’s awful. XD
It’s not so much that the sound was cutting out or anything, it’s just some parts were “tinny” or something, and didn’t fit the rest. Like when the guy went into the building to bring the dog outside, at the start.
The fact that it was low budget would obviously explain it. I wasn’t aware of that fact. Thanks for letting me know!
