You have to have a heat source and fuel. And as the other poster said, Oxygen is not fuel. Fuel burns hotter and faster with pure oxygen, but doesn’t explode unless held under pressure and ignited. The oxygen won’t ignite, so the fuel must be the source of any explosion. That tank in your video isn’t being ignited. There is no fire. It is simply being compromised and rupturing, releasing all the gas. Hardly an explosion.
