Will Trent is fairly decent. It moved away from that weird “Monk” vibe it started with and has a unique brand of characters that aren’t that easy to figure out.
I like the new “High Potential” with Kaitlin Olson. Her character is like the hot chick that every dude would have a shot with if she drank enough lol.
As for this show???
If it doesn’t find some more depth and spin the characters away from the normal overdone-type characters, it won’t last more than a season or two if it is lucky. It seems like every character has their generic “role” to play according to Hollywood’s cop shows these days.
Completely agree, it’s like an average meal you’ve had 100 times before, used to hit the spot but just doesn’t anymore, the idea behind it is clever enough, but just not expertly executed.
