Not that I want to take part in this kind of heated conversation so I wanna keep it objective as much as possible. When you say “Pretty sure it’s a fact”, it means full transformation including changing reproductive organs to that of the opposite gender. You are talking about how they look on the outside (even tho features of each gender can still be identified anatomically for those who studied anatomy, even with surgeries, anatomical features will mostly be identifiable) but it is really a fact that the internal reproductive organs cannot be converted from male to female or vice versa. Hormones cannot change reproductive organs nor do surgeries (I am talking functional reproductive organs that can do actual reproduction), hence a full transformation is unachievable. They will always be incomplete (physically), whether they like it or not. I am sure you do know that. You might be talking about societal acknowledgment or the psychological belief that a man or a woman can swap genders but this can never be achieved on a functional biological level.
