That’s always something to ponder. The what-ifs of a reality stream never taken gives a lot of food for thought. Seems the need to self-express would be present in any kid Miller would have had, and I think Monroe too. Marilyn’s sister Mona & her daughter co-wrote the only authorized Monroe biography. True, it’s not Death Of A Salesman, but it’s the life of Marilyn.
MM definitely would have passed on an artistic gene and a deep curiosity. There are so many photos of her reading literature (just google “marilyn monroe reading” and check out some of those titles she dove into)…she was actually incredibly well-read!
