Absolutely agree with you on everything you mentioned…except for NCIS, I’ve never watched any of those shows. I thought the new cast did a pretty good job of portraying the younger version of the older, original cast in the first “Dexter”, plus I thought the show did a good job of portraying Miami/South Florida in the 90ies era too.
