why the hell did he not restrict /tie up the peruser in the truck after he layed him out
boy that truck must be fast, he caught up to Stabler way to quickly, like way too quickly
did Stabler have earplugs in and also lost all sense of ‘hey maybe keep a look out??’
A little insulting and dumbed down to loyal viewers who watched Stabler be a lot smarter and aware all those seasons before.
