Yes. Grew up in an area where the military tested it on large swaths of land right on a state highway & things never grew there. Some of my neighbors were retired Vietnam military guys that had awful cancers from it as well as relatives that worked in green houses that used it & sold it. No fan of that stuff at all. Of course we all know that Monsanto got rebranded when Bayer Aspirin corporation bought them years back.
