read her book 20 years ago, wasnt too impressed with her insight that cattle on a circular chute dont fear as much as the normal kill chutes. They all end up food for normals and autistics

It was proven to be a kinder way to slaughter a cow, by a huge amount with it’s far lower cortisol levels. Which means the cow was slaughtered more humanely and because of this the meat tastes better. Which is why the majority of slaughter houses in North America employ her method to this day.
They both end up food but this way is superior and kinder. Which is a great thing, respect something that keeps you from starving.
