Ain’t no way that judge is gonna give Michael custody of a child that is not his by birth. I know Anna didn’t want to leave her children, but girl, make some plans so your kids aren’t left hanging. Google says that June won that case and that she has custody of her grand daughter. So there’s that. :)
It was a given that June would win. The child has been with her since her mother died. They say it had been 7 months so unless Michael could prove June to be a bad influence during those months, or if this said child told the judge she didn’t want to be with her Grandmother than the judge would have considered it. It was a no brainer really. Michael was a huge D for making the family go through this, especially Anna’s daughter
