Yeah, same here. I think the biggest issue was the pacing and lack of tension. For a thriller, it never really builds momentum. Rami’s performance was fine, but the script didn’t give him much to work with especially compared to what he’s capable of. The concept had potential, but the execution felt flat, like it couldn’t decide if it wanted to be character driven or plot driven. Even the score was underwhelming, which didn’t help the atmosphere. Total missed opportunity.
that’s exactly how I felt! and its not that they had a bad cast or even the premise of the story was great but the pacing was off, and yet it was marketed as this really bad ass fast paced thriller/suspense/revenge and yet the character seems afraid of his own shadow?? so again pity, only the marketing department was great but the film overall was dull and boring.
