The First 48 (2004)

I have been watching this how since it started in 2004. And I have enjoyed watching it all these years, until I find out that some of the case were meddled with, for the sake of looking more dramatic for the audience. And some cases were errors on the person or were downright false. It has cooled down my enthusiasm for the show. But I still watch it though, only I take the cases with a grain of salt now. Still, a relatively good show, if you like forensics and police procedures.

The only thing they ever change is some specifics & names to protect families/business privacy,& stage edit things like picking up phone for tip 10 years later because they didn’t film the detectives for a decade straight.
(I think you took someone’s over exaggeration to heart because of how passionate u were about the show, as I am.) But seriously Do you think if you were murder police and were being filmed trying to handle a homicide that everything would be easy peasy?
Still brutal intense and heavy very real situations and lives hanging in the balance (& lost) so just remember next time you judge from the couch. I’m sure I couldn’t stomach half of just one of these cases in reality either so I still take my hat off to these warriors trying to bring justice to families that have lost a loved one for no good reason. Everyone is haters online and will pick a part and sh*t on any and everything though they have no measure of truth being weighed upon their own words.
