Exactly it’s like they sold us one movie in the trailer and delivered a completely different one. The way it was marketed set us up for something gritty and intense, but instead we got this awkwardly restrained story where the main character barely even owns his arc. And yeah, the fear and hesitation made sense once, but it became repetitive fast. If they leaned into the psychological tension more or gave the revenge angle real weight, it might’ve landed better. Right now, it just felt like a mood piece trying to be a thriller. Shame, really.
