It was an interesting doc, but rather sad.. Instead of focusing on the numerous letters that were never read, it would have been more positive had the filmmakers tracked down all the people Michael Brody helped. After all, he did give away his fortune of at least a million dollars. The way things were handled could have been better and Brody would have benefited from advisors and support staff. This documentation focused on the sensationalization of the story, rather than the generosity of Brody. His coming to a violent end along with the place his adult son appeared stuck was a disturbing end to the film. Missing was any input from Brody’s biological family.
