Starting to think I’m to old to watch Marvel nowadays. Being in 30s and target audience is most likely newer generations so I can see why most fans won’t like it. For me this reminds me of She Hulk which was meh. Disney want more fans well pushing away their current ones.
TBH I’ve felt that way since pretty much Thor/Iron Man 2. Most of the ‘more mature’ comic book Marvel stuff that Fox, Netflix and Sony did has crashed critically, commercially or both. I think Marvel has gotten the (wrong) message and has avoided adult themes while adding a bit of curse words and gore, but even Deadpool is made so that a 7-year-old can follow it.
