Spousal privilege don’t apply on crimes before the marriage. Those cops are assholes and I think they were hoping to be on tv. They reported marijuana smell/smoke flowing out from the vehicle we know that was a lie cause all the windows were open as well as cameras rolling. They reported enough “magic mushrooms” to charge for distribution (it ended up being some of the animal food that had falling out of the bucket) and that 2 kids were in the back seat, both around the age of 10! Her boys are 4 and 2. How can a cop know what the hell he is looking at if he can’t tell age 4 from age 10. The court must of agreed cause the mushroom charge was dropped and the pot was dropped to a minor possession charge with probation no jail. What’s weird to me is they are not allowed back to the zoo, like they did something wrong! I kind of wonder if the “cops” were just park security trying to find something so they didn’t get sued, and when they found the pot they realized they hit the jackpot and called police. I bet they were the ones that reported (made up) the obvious smell and smoke coming from the vehicle and told it to the real police. I think he wants to marry Amy cause he suspects she may have money. She don’t work, she got all those surgeries (same as the siblings, none of them work but they are getting multiple, expensive surgeries). Most people automatically think their on tv so the must be rich. Amy should be careful.
