Drivers education is no longer a required course nor ‘skill’. States have reverted to handing vehicles and roadways to the most remedial drivers imaginable. We just LET anyone with a steering wheel to ‘Giddyup’ in a murder-rocket… while everyone else needs to pray for safety.
