If they plan to mock Trump, they should be funny. This episode was just mediocre; the Saddam and Satan joke was lackluster, and I hope they can do better next time. My question is why they completely overlooked the Biden administration. It was a disaster filled with comedic potential.
Exactly. Well put. Trump bashing is so tired and played out, so if you’re going to do it, be funny and original. A regurgitated joke from 25 years ago is really the best they could do? You’re right, like most comedians, they ignored the comedic goldmine of the Biden administration. I don’t want to give up on SP, but if this is the best they can do now, that’s pretty sad.
