In Marvel Comics and associated media, the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) has undergone a designation shift, now being referred to as Earth-616, previously known as Earth-199999. This change was explicitly confirmed in Marvel’s official publications and within the narrative of films like Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
If it were the 616, you’d have had Spider-Man unmasking in Civil war to the public. Quicksilver still alive, Kraven being a villain with a hard on for Spider-Man, Spider-Man having had the Symbiote suit after going to Battleworld - well before the events of Civil war, etc etc etc.
No, it’s not the 616. The only people that claim that, are entiely ignorant of the 616.
