May I ask which DL app that is?
Video Downloadhelper add on, on firefox. Also use another, FVD. Both see and download easily. The first one I use mostly when the file has to be ‘converted’ as it does it automatically and is very fast, no ‘helper ‘ needed. I use the second one when it’s a straight DL. VDH is much faster most times as well.
