I’m building on something. A seed. But I have a tail that I hunt and fight with. Right now I’m out in the darkest of the night (because of the hot days) among the mosquitos, listening to Nina Hagen and Crass, patching together my largest rowboat that was crunched by the spring ice a couple springs ago. With glassfiber and hartz. Dusty, itchy and sticky but nice to get done,
Then I need to weld shelf supports on “Karhu”(Bear in finnish, 45-55ton), an other ship here, so that i can stash away all my crates with small iron and steel pieces(less than 60cm/25”) before the other habitant kills me.
Then I’m in the middle of sorting and moving out all my electronics workshop and scrap boards, buttons, caps, diods, transitors ICs and myriads of other components i have to an other ship(The Italian, 160ton) here in the harbor.. The owner are scraping the tug that i had it in. Also I’m putting in the windows up on the bridge on the Italian, and vacume and clean her so someone can live there.. then I.. and then.. and.. and.. and.. 😩🙄🤔😁👍️ A long long tail that I hunt and wrangle with.
But yeah I’m on it, I want it.. but remember that for me it is a social thing as much as making watchable results. .. so.. for now it is about trying to give form to a simple tool for communal design of THE space and tools needed to produce films. A workshop of kind.
But keep on develop your Ideas . Make frameworks like the one you suggested and write down concepts and list subjects you have not seen touched and want to se touched. I do it here anyhow. For me there is a bunch of concepts that need to come together to support my energy to actually inspire me to move enough to actually start produce.. I must find the subject important or at least exiting enough. For an example, And I’m shaman/punk soul.. so it is that.. I’m provokative and annoying for the ones thatr donẗ like it and still I like to cooperate to have access to a dialouge/mirroring process so that it becomes better/larger than just my self… So my idea on how to do this as a “thing” must work with that. Be expandable and separatable without it because of it separate.
If you get inspired to do something in this lane meanwhile, writing a script, tell about Ideas, or want to show something or want to bounce some idea or something. Feel free to post on my wall for now. Dont be shy about it, I will engage. It goes for all puddings. I think such is fun and inspiring. I’m at that age and situation that I like to build or construct systems that can be used by flat communitys rather than only going for my own shit. I think that as older one get as more one have seen of oneself in the form of the one that dwell in ones own body and life, as more it becomes interesting to find one self and expressions of principal primitive drivers of nature (spirit in a way) in others. A shared soul moving. Not only see the results that comes and goes throughout the stream of time but as much enjoy the unspoiled hunger to conquer the world trough action and eager engagement to touch the world with self. Be the world and let it become self trough oneself and such shit. I know it sounds funky, but.. You maybe will get it when you get old, young pudding(Yeah Yeah I will stop it right now 🫣)
