It’s more because your comment makes not logical sense. How could a random comedy wild west film from the late 40’s be the ‘Start of feminism’. It’s not a film championing women’s rights or trying to shine a light on gender inequalities. Not to mention that I’m pretty sure the suffragettes from the early 20th Century would argue they have a greater claim to be a starting point of feminism.
