The film itself has a very strong Batman ‘89 feel to it as the score for both movies were created by the same person. It also has a strong “Evil Dead” vibe, obviously, and the Bruce Campbell cameo was a nice touch. The green screen special effects are kind of laughable now, but they still fit well here. Really underrated film.
