Season 2 had a rather odd story line. Anna Torv was a main character and just realized she was in Mindhunter. What I found odd was that when you look at IMDb, The Sinner is not listed on the movies/tv shows she has been in. Nor did I realize she is Australian which would account for her unusual way of speaking like an American. The accent is noticeable and at first, I thought it was a speech impediment of some sort.
it’s been a year so i think it doesn’t matter but… that’s not actually Anna Torv. it’s Carrie Coon. they could be sisters they look soooo much alike. that i know of they aren’t even related.
(in case it kept you up at night hahaha)
agree on the story though.. these cult things always depress me. like i just can’t figure how people can be drawn into it so it takes away (in this instance, for me anyway) from the main detective drama
