From IMDb: Release date of the original is 1979 (not 1980), 2h 36m (tt0080491). The “ultimate cut” version was released in 2023, 2h 58m (tt29703523). Yeah.. the “imperial uncut cut” from 1979 is so much better than any of this two. The pace is a lot faster and more natural than even the ultimate cut. It should absolutely be here on PW.
