The film had its entertaining moments, but a few aspects were distracting. For one, it was disappointing to see the lead hero portrayed as a chain smoker—such habits don’t set a good example for a role model figure. Some plot elements also felt overly exaggerated, even by the standards of commercial Indian cinema. For instance, the depiction of Dhaka Central Jail was unrealistic, where all the other characters (other prisoners) looked like more European than South Asian, which broke the sense of authenticity. Finally, the fight choreography could have been more engaging. Well, overall it is not a bad movie. A good one time watch.
