You do know that his show was cancelled, right? This is his last season. However, if Comedy central brings back The Colbert Report, I’ll consider that an upgrade.
I do know that his contract wasn’t being renewed, but I was trying to stress the point that getting rid of Kimmel was more of a business decision due to bad ratings, his sponsors, and affiliates not wanting to support him anymore. I believe that Colbert is trying to get fired sooner than when his contract ends so he can play the martyr.
