Well here you have something precious and uniqueđ§ââïž.. This is a film about Friendship and the living spirits you find in the deep forests of the north.. A Magic summer dream of sorts.. Not without adventure or villains but still inside the realm of the bearableđ and mercifully button cute. Like any 70:ies nordic movie it completely lack any traces of the sad swollen macho we see even childrenâs movies covered by in contemporary times, like salty brownsauce on icecream. If you have children please give them the opportunity to drink from this refreshing, pure source of earth tasting spring water, and why donât take a gulp or two for your self also at the same time..
Sadly the subtitles arenât as good as the original dialogue. But one canât get everything..
