I got Cartoon Network later than most, so my first intro was to the 1996 version, which I felt was quite awesome.
I never watched either the 80s or 90s versions. I just went and looked at the episodes and checked out the voices. Good god, Frank Welker, (Transformers), Robert Patrick (Terminator)…and John De Lancie? (‘Q’ from STTNG) That 90s version Jonny looks like Owen Wilson, lol. I’ll watch both(80s,90s).They’ll be my ‘new’ sat morn shows.
