I had to smirk when you mentioned his “two-handed dance style.” I think it’s more indicative of his miserable mental state. In the nineties, I jokingly suggested in our company that applicants for vacant positions should perform a dance audition or play something on a drum - because I found the job interviews so tiring and not informative enough. With such an embarrassing imbecile dance, an applicant would have failed immediately. QED
