This was surprisingly excellent for a low-budget tornado movie, more story-driven than effects-driven but without skimping on either. Gerald McRaney’s acting skills were in full form, and while the supporting cast was not without talent, the well-paced comedy transformed anything unpolished into a charm that makes this film memorable. I also learned some stuff about dem tornaders. 8/10 from me
