Been a huge fan since before this was a show. I get really tired of people complaining because something that’s a DECADE old has some “slower” places meant to provide realistic insights to things other than shooting, killing, running, gunning, and fast paced action-heavy b.s. That’s NOT how the world works and it’s NOT how it would work if this show were within the realm of reality. Character development, scene setting, story arc shifts, and meta-plot adherence are all VITAL to keep a show this successful for this long. The current state of the show is ushering a new “big-bad” out to move past it and through it. There is a third spinoff coming after the COVID-19 crisis subsides, (wow, for such a horrible show, THREE series’ AND a set of movies about what Rick went off and did/went through are possible?!?!?) and I’m excited for it. People are very one dimensional (especially critics of TWD’s progression) and this show is NOT. Still a fan, always a fan.
