Thanks. The point I was getting at, and should have tried to make more clearly, is that for a long time (that 1-2% diff. has been true for ages) there have been at least as many women as men but they’re only nowadays beginning to catch up getting cast in the lead roles.
Oh yeah for sure my original comment even said this isn’t a bad thing it’s just funny from an outside perspective, it’s like the networks are too scared to put a male lead in anymore especially if hes white haha
