5/5 Liked this series - Haven’t really seen any good Spanish Thriller/Drama series since “The Ministry of Time” (which is well worth checking out). There was a huge court battle which decided that the American series “Timeless” (produced by NBC) was a rip off of “The Ministry of Time”.
The premise of the 30 coins paid to Judas Iscariot for ‘betraying’ Jesus is clever. However, they kinda messed up historically - the actual 30 Coins depicted the head of Emperor Nero. Jesus was crucified during the reign of Emperor Tiberius; who predated Nero by about 30 years. That’s my geeky bit for the day over!!
Still, it was enjoyable. The characters did have depth and substance, but there was no real character development throughout what was quite a long series for almost all of them.
