Do you mean the movie itself is garbage or are you referring to the quality of the CAM copy?
I believe he’s referring to the director of the movie, one Kevin McDonald. The man is a known for his lack of ambition and cutting corners. He had the gall to film the movie on his iPhone and and quite literally “phone it in”.
