Not a bad movie. It was interesting to see a possession movie from Jewish community point of view. but that is all the difference there is. It was well acted and well shot. I love Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Kyra Sedgwick, they are amazing actors. A bit too slow-paced for me though. For there is no real sense of constant dread created through the movie. It comes by bits, and not very scary as far as I am concerned. Although there were some creepy moments, with the eye-rolling particularly. That makes my skin crawl. And of course, the kids here were again insufferable. In all, it is a one-time watch with a different taste, but ultimately has the some ole possession backstory. 5.5 stars on 10.
