This film is based on a novel by Francine Rivers. I have not read the novel but I am told this film follows closely to what was written. Putting aside one
s strong Christian belief system, or ones lack of, the actors and acting was done well and with the detailed scenes it was a well top notch movie.I gave it a 4 for doing a great job in what it was trying to do. Those of you who are a fan of Eric Dane “The Last Ship” you will find him playing a very different kind of role here.
