Finally a comedy that’s actually funny! Great characters/writing! Hopefully the luster lasts 6 episodes.

Started episode 3 and there is another cat in the scene. Is this a coincidence because there was a cat crossing the street in episode 2. Yeah, I notice this kind of thing and I think those of us who have cats would notice sooner than people without cats.

Sometimes I want to stop watching because Lee Raybon’s (Hawke) character really gets on my nerves and I swear he is ADHD and needs meds to control it.

Thees are dubbed to English and complemented with some kind of american soft rap music.. I will look at the rest of them at Swedish, but so far what I have seen.. (ep1)I like it. To day in Stockholm some of thees women’s mentees are police commissionaires and department chiefs. It is fun to see this from an personally historic perspective, being an old small crook, knowing some of thees mentees personally trough organic interactions. This women also had a very good influence staving of the acceptance of an very violent gang, “Björn ligan” (The bear gang) acting sadistically inside the police.
They were active all the way in to late 70:ies breaking bones, stomping hands, kicking balls and so on. Even killing some. One old dude I meet one early summer morning had such “designation” that to approach him there had to be at least 7 policemen present , he had in the early 70:ies single handed beaten down 5 policemen and stomped off the legs and arms on them. As a revenge for earlier treatment of just them, Björn ligan. Every Town have their criminal culture history. This is a cool, dramatized “document” of Stockholm’s history.

The entire cast were great….but Emily Watson, as always…Superb.

Spanish comedy, Alpha Males was turned into different versions. The last one is Italian, and this is the Nordic. The Italian one just copy and paste. I assume the Nordic will be the same without watching it.

Love this show. It’s so delightfully catty. The double crossing & secret alliances are just delicious & hilarious. The cast is perfectly chosen, the sets & costumes incredible & it’s brilliantly written.

Honestly, it’s a fun stupid movie. Not good but highly entertaining.

Am I the only one who noticed this…..episode 2 opens with leaves on the trees and you can tell it is early fall. Many of the trees have leaves turning yellow. Then at 45:16, all of the trees are bare and it looks rather cold. This is not a different day either, the scene jumps from the church where you see trees with leaves, then jumps to the bookstore where is daughter is…….and not a leaf to be seen. I know, but I notice things like this.

I have read the book! over 1000 pages, Fantastic. well written. The Movie does not follow the book fully. The movie would have to be made like Dune. At least 3-5 movies
