Way too drawn out, little actual usable information and a 40’s soundtrack that would only appeal to a 90 year old.

Pretty good family flick from Nick, so it’s got a toony flavor to it with good but not obnoxious use of special effects. The main character kids are good.
Supporting roles are Keegan Connor Tracy as the mom. She’s been in lots of stuff, most notably The Blue Fairy in Once Upon A Time, Beggars & Choosers, BSG & Jake 2.0.
Elena Kampouris has been in lots of stuff too including Wifelike & the Big Fat Greek Wedding franchise. She’s a baddy in this fun flick. It’s photographed well. A lot of shots are postcard perfect. Kids dig it.
Again, you didn’t watch this documentary. Your opinions are only based on … your opinions and not anything factual. Good luck. I will not reply to such ignorance again.
Pls do not assume I haven’t already learned quite a lot about this, the people involved, the breakdown of std operating procedures, the reasons people bailed, the places on set where people were doing bumps, just because I didn’t watch a documentary/memorial.
The fact will remain, someone hands you a gun… (reference my comment above)
This season has been incredibly depressing. Spencer is still not back at the ranch, and he’s spent the entire season separated from Alex.
Everyone around Teonna has been killed, the British couple is gone, and now Jack has died in such a stupid way. At this point, it seems like the only thing left for the finale is saving the ranch, but what’s the point if nearly everyone is dead except maybe a couple of Duttons to carry it over into Yellowstone.
There’s no real enjoyment when the show refuses to offer even a glimmer of hope. Every brief moment of happiness is immediately crushed. I get that setbacks are part of any story, but this is just relentless. It’s draining, depressing, and filled with death. Honestly, I’m not even looking forward to the finale.
Alex can’t even take a shit in a train station without getting beaten and mugged FFS!
I wanted to love this show, but it’s become exhausting to watch. The writing feels like it’s just piling on misery for the sake of it, without any real payoff. Struggle is fine when there’s light at the end of the tunnel, but right now, it just feels like a slow, painful march toward an inevitable tragedy. I don’t mind dark storytelling, but there has to be some balance, without it, what’s the point?
BoochJohnson you have issues my friend go deal with it,

There are only 7 episodes, not 8. The last miserable season finale episode of this miserable series is 2 hours.

Hahahaha
well, it’s good to know it hasn’t been cake…. I’ll look around more as we get into it. Thx, again!
Certain constants exist, like large dogs need to be walked and/or exercised. And, whether or not you are a Muzzle Discipline Absolutist, like myself, when someone hands you a gun then you assume it’s loaded until you prove it’s not, and until you do never point it at someone…. The accident was ignorance of basic gun safety rules, and what’s absent is any talk about training the talent. I have no interest in Halyna, or Baldwin after his breakup with Basinger, or his quintessential role as, “The Shadow.”
These stupid mistakes will continue to happen until gun safety is taught to everyone and children in grade school.
How can you teach Sanctity of Life without gun safety? Or, that was just my family? Crazy people thinking we can live in a 2a country without it.

It’s obvious that you did not watch this documentary. What happened is an immensely tragic loss of life, completely preventable and there are only losers, no winners. However, commenting in such an abrasive way only demonstrates that you didn’t watch at all. Her crew also left her the day before the ACCIDENT, they abandoned her and so this tragedy occurred. All of it is tragic. Plus, Karma does not work in the vindictive way you are insinuating. Watch something and then comment, rather than this, which only reopens wounds and assumes something that wasn’t even part of this piece.

this show is to raw for some people. I love it! I just hope the weeks go by faster and they end the show with a little bit of positivity
This documentary does a fine job of spotlighting why, how and who - was actually responsible for the tragic death of Halyna Hutchins…
It’s definitely an eye opener in many ways. It’s a tragedy with no winners, only losers, who will never be same. RIP Halyna.
Really sad that Hutchinson lost her life and that Baldwin was not only acquitted and allowed to walk away from committing the act of murder, but also now has his own Reality-Scripted tv show with his wife and 7 kids living in luxury and attempting to show that he is a “nice guy”.
Eventually, Karma will catch up with Baldwin for what he did

If that’s confirmed, I am so glad! ty
It was confirmed even before this season aired. We may get a season 5 too but too early to say.

Thanks for the clarification. I misunderstood when you wrote that Ridley Scott did both.
What a fun watch this was. I am so hoping for it to continue but not sure if the feel with be the same without Linda.
Tony, Jake & Luke Scott directed a few of the 44 episodes, but Ridley none. Fazio brought him in as an executive producer for a few episodes to put his name behind it & help get the show off the ground since he really believed the idea as a series was good.
Thanks for the clarification. I misunderstood when you wrote that Ridley Scott did both.
This film has been done three times; One wild moment (1977) In a wild moment (2015) both French and Blame it on Rio, the American version (1984) The links here are for the second French version . The date is incorrectly listed as 1977. This is the 2015 version. I think this latest version was the best.
It’s a great, classic French film. The 3rd version (Dood link) is indeed the 1977 film In A Wild Moment (I think you unintentionally got the translations mixed up in your quote above about the titles).
David Lynch called and want’s his schtick back.
Mossryder isn’t off with their review. I didn’t recoil so much as I got bored. And there were boobs. How do you get bored with that?
As much as I love the Yellowstone franchise, 1883 was awesome, but this new prequel 1923 is difficult to follow for me, its all over the place, bouncing from area to area and people to people, cant keep up with who is who and what they’re doing and how they fit into the family. The cast is great of course, but parts of the story are very disturbing and sad to watch, especially the mistreatment of the Indian girls by Nuns no less smh. Its hard to realize how bad they were treated in that day and time in the USA smh. Hopefully things will start to come clearer for me soon lol. I’m guessing there was a lot of research done to make sure the info is true and on point so as not to be misleading to those of us who weren’t there, but I would’ve had a difficult time going through that research finding all this info on the mistreatment of the people during that time smh. I surely hope the remainder of the series gets easier to watch.
This series does not deserve the 5 star rating you gave it. Every episode is a negative, sadistic experience where everything bad that can happen, happens.
I have waited 10 episodes to see if this show would get better, but it has not. This has to be the slowest evolution of a story I have ever seen. 1883 was a hold onto your seat kind of ride, but 1923 is like watching cold molasses run down hill. In fact, I am at the point where I don’t give a crap if I watch another episode. So disappointed.
HERE IS A SPOILER: THIS SHOW SUCKS!
Every episode of this series is a horrible, perverted, negative waste of your time. Everything bad and horrible that can happen, happens. Every minute of this show is a sadistic, evil, negative experience with no reward for your time spent. I implore everyone to click the 1 star to hopefully save other people their time and part of their soul.
Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren should be ashamed for cashing their checks for this abomination of a TV series. And f’k Timothy Dalton too! There is nothing good about this shit show.
This series does not merit the 4+ star rating it has and I assume most of those high ratings were given because of the A-list cast and before anyone watched it.
I just finished watching the horrible 6th episode and still have 2 more to go. I feel like a masochist to subject myself to 2 more hours of this pointless misery.
i find Graham’s tedious obsession with ayahuasca, hallucinations, and its history to be the borderline ravings of an old hippie. It would be much more interesting and scientifically fascinating to know about the countless medicinal herbs and concoctions that were somehow discovered by trial and error (?) over thousands of years. How to know which plants to eat, or what they can heal? I’ve often wondered about just this, and we have a missed opportunity in this show. At 5:42 the scientist was even trying to put Graham back on the right focus. These natural medicines are only now coming to the forefront in the public mind, after 100+ years of being suppressed by Big Pharma.
After about a half an hour you realize there’s still an hour left to go and wonder what the hell else they can cover on this topic. It’s interesting enough, but could be waaaay tighter. I’ll leave it on pause and finish it in chunks. Like Oppenheimer. This is actually more interesting than Oppenheimer was if you can believe it, but about the same pacing.
This episode was spoiled by the CITYtv blue banner thru out the episode
Haha. I watch clips from it and an occasional interview on youtube depending on who the guest is. Kelly is very down to earth and fun to watch. I like her personality and she has great rapport with her guests. I’m not a fan of her music but she has an incredible voice and talent.
Thank you for replying. I liked her when she was on that singing show, but now her loud mouth irritates me. ;)
I can binge these 8 episodes now, so I guess your saying it’s worth the time?
“A Walk to the Peak,” as one of God’s favorite tunes… of course I had to look that isht up. Fokk’in hell - a wee bit like The Kronos Quartet if they played Jazz (and weren’t afraid to resolve to a melody once every thirty bars). Funny as hell imagining a strip club band accepting that request!
Damn, the physics student should have backed herself.
Anyone a working link plz? thx
Go to Forum, scroll down to the VidSrc link, add that. There’s an episode on there. I checked.
Also, there’s a request link prompt on every page. That’s how you request a link.
I have to check this series out lols
Wait. What?! A new crime Drama/MOB series starring Tom Hardy and Pierce Brosnan on Paramount Streaming Platform that Taylor Sheridan didn’t write and/or produce? LOL!
Seriously though, I am a fan of actor Tom Hardy and I am looking forward to watching this one, when it drops on Paramount soon
Don’t waste your time. This was boring and horrible at the same time.
I heard he’d become to Hollywood what Taylor Swift’d become to the music business (well, behind the scenes, not his own movies)… So, I gotta wonder how much’ll be true story (except the roommate he works with, not that there’s anything wrong with that).
Nice family movie with Mira Sorvino, Joe Pantoliano, Ryan Simpkins & Max Beer (not Max Baer from the Beverly Hillbillies). A couple of neighbor kids each have lost a parent & this is a coming of age scavenger hunt with kooky characters along the way helping Jeremy get the answers he craves.
Not a lot of flicks for the sailboat crowd, so this one has a cult following. Great. Very fun. Jeremy Sisto’s big sis Meadow is the daughter. Mary Kay Place is the mom & Martin plays straight man to Russell’s schtick.

I don’t get your point.
that is my point
