Over 120 pages. It’s random. It’s odd. This list is big & weird. Many are grouped where possible: either by director, actor, genre such as sci-fi, fantasy, adventure, heists, superhero, timey-wimey, psychotronic, salacious, ridiculous, absurd, new wave, whatever.

Director: Maurice Loctes, R.E. Perry An attractive young couple, Nan and Mark, have nothing to do one afternoon, so they go through an old trunk that Nan found in the attic. The trunk contains some very old film, so they take a look. And another look!! The old film is a series of rare, classic 8mm stag films (blown up to 35mm and tinted blue, in the theatrical version). The films are very funny, and presented with appropriate comments from Nan and Mark, who watch along with the audience. Some of the films are from the 30s, some from the 40s; a few will be remembered fondly from college stags, but many are from private collections, not seen since their initial distribution. The action switches from Nan and Mark, who are becoming very aroused by the films, to the films themselves. Finally, the young couple can wait no more, and they climb the stairs to the bedroom, where they will act out a stag film of their own.

George was born on 12 August 1762, the first son of George III and Queen Charlotte. He was made prince of Wales five days later. George III suffered a particularly violent bout of 'madness' in November 1788. The plots and political manoeuvring of the first 'regency crisis' lasted until February of the following year, by which time the prince seemed on the brink of becoming regent. Then, quite unexpectedly the king recovered. George was left completely exposed, looking like a cynical, heartless figure who had exalted in his father's distress and illness and tried to use this terrible national crisis to get himself into a position of power so that he could pay off his debts. When he died in 1830, at the age of 67, George joined the ranks of 'least loved' English monarchs. He wasn't a psychopath like Richard III, a serial wife-killer like Henry VIII, a cowardly usurper like King John. His crimes were relatively mild--he was profligate with the nation's money, he was thought to have mistreated his wife, and to have been rather too eager to take over from his poor, mad father, George III. And yet his obituaries were almost universally savage--'an odious beast', 'of all known beings the most selfish', and so on. Using dialogue based entirely on original sources (diaries, letters etc..) the film combines drama and documentary elements to tell George's story and to explain, from his perspective, how this intelligent, cultured and civilized man came to be painted in such monstrous terms.

The series is set during the Edo period, in the Fukagawa ward of old Edo (present-day Tokyo). Because the area is prone to fire and flooding, residents rent everyday items like pots, futons, and clothing from shops instead of purchasing them, so as not to impede them when they flee. Obeni and Seiji, an older sister and younger brother, run one such rental shop called Izumoya. However, mixed in with their inventory are tsukumogami, objects that have turned into spirits after a hundred years of existence. The siblings sometimes lend these sentient items to customers. Both Obeni and Seiji can see and talk to these spirits, and other tsukumogami often come to the store after hearing of the famed siblings.
