RandomComedy
Description:

List is modified constantly.
Over 70 pages of random comedy from stand-up, sketch, tv series, cartoons, various film franchises, comic legends, foreign & obscure one-off z-grade nonsense. Grindhouse Sex comedies are a forte, sprinkled everywhere in all of their frequently awful unsophisticated naughtiness-
Euro & American drive-in styles.

Some of those are obscure & link contribution would be lovely. Vast majority is fine. Nice thing is, the internet is a big place in which to adventure, so there's a scavenger hunt.

If you're reading this & are currently feeling like a lost kitten since things have changed, send me a pm & I'll help.

Currently, the only accepted link providers for this domain are Archive.org. Vimeo, Dailymotion & the accursed corporate yootoob.

Requests for links are not currently accepted. This means that anything posted on this domain will only be viewable at the listed sources. Info cannot be provided as to where to find the old link sources other than to say that MetagerSearch is your friend.

The best download source is Archive.org. Playlists like this will have some links, but are also useful as a reference, not unlike IMDB or TVmaze.

Trim the list to a lean mean 6 pages for 600 bingeable tv shows. The Sort widgets are handy. Display only tv shows if you have the itch to binge. Sort by Release Date to view by era. Plus it's a way to see a list differently too ☺

Occasionally a few aren’t funny on purpose.
Those are funny because someone had the audacity to make them. o_O

The guide is incomplete, but it's a start. Guides can be a wall of text best behind a spoiler, but they're handy.

Guide is incomplete & it takes time to make. Even when seemingly done, things are missed anyway. The list has been around a long while. It's based on our playlist at home in our player & the entire family has stuff they like from my dad to the kids. Something for everyone. ♥

A note: Some films have no photo or maybe no synopsis but do indeed have links.

● Contributors cannot magickally have links for everything just because a page for it exists since contributors don’t make the pages. Software does that, not people, since it is mirroring IMDB & TVmaze. Software makes the pages, posts the pics, it does all the work. It’s automated.

ALL PAGES ARE PLACE HOLDERS when created.

● Only later are links placed WHEN POSSIBLE. Some things are very rare & hard to find. If you are unwilling to contribute the link yourself, then you’re out of luck.

✔ Requests are NOT currently accepted, which is too bad, but that’s the way it is, so it’s best to suck it up & move on.

Movie: Doug Stanhope: No Refunds ( 2007 )
Not all stand-up comedy is spot-cleaned and pre-packaged for the masses. Like the legends who were born out of smokey, booze-soaked nightclubs of decades past, Doug Stanhope spews his own brand of moral outrage in an unmatched style that borders on self-destruction. Nothing is sacred, no subject off-limits and most importantly nothing is contrived. From critically acclaimed appearances at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival to regular appearances on The Howard Stern Show, Stanhope always shows an intelligence and brutal honesty in his comedy, no matter how viciously graphic or unsettling the material may be. Taped live at the Gotham Comedy Club, this appearance is an unflinching look at one of the few voices left standing in the dark, punk-rock underbelly of stand-up comedy.

Movie: Doug Stanhope: Beer Hall Putsch (TV Special 2013) ( 2013 )
Named after Hitler's first failed coup attempt, Beer Hall Putsch draws you deeper into the acerbic comic's clear-sighted view of the world with his newest one hour stand-up special recorded live at Dante's in Portland. In the special, Stanhope effortlessly bends a story of a half-dead boxing legend propped up by his trophy wife to sell tickets to community theater into a pognant recounting of assisting in his mother's suicide, then into a twisted NFL sex fantasy. What sets Stanhope apart, however, is that he's so hysterical and relatable that the viewer almost forgets how wrong it is. Almost.

Movie: Monty Python Live (Mostly) ( 2014 )
The reunion of the Monty Python team on stage for the first time in over 30 years, and for the last time ever, was the most anticipated production of 2014. Filmed on the final night of the run of 10 sold-out performances, live at London's O2 Arena on July 20, this film sees the five surviving members--John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones, and Sir Michael Palin--with Carol Cleveland, perform many of their classic sketches and much-loved songs. The show also encompasses film inserts from Monty Python's Flying Circus (1969), Terry Gilliam's iconic animations, outrageous dance routines by an ensemble of 20, and a fantastic live orchestra. Featuring Stephen Hawking and Professor Brian Cox, with guest appearances by Eddie Izzard and Mike Myers, the show cements the Pythons' reputation as the most influential comedy group of all time and, more importantly, still one of the funniest. All of the favorites, with some modern twists, are included: the Dead Parrot, the Lumberjack Song, the Spanish Inquisition, Spam, Nudge Nudge, Argument, the Four Yorkshiremen, the Bruces, and a sing-along of Always Look on the Bright Side of Life as the grand finale. This is the ultimate Monty Python show.

Movie: Jerry Lewis: The Man Behind the Clown ( 2017 )
Since the early days, Jerry Lewis - in the line of Chaplin, Keaton and Laurel - had the masses laughing with his visual gags, pantomime sketches and signature slapstick humor. Yet Lewis was far more than just a clown. He was also a groundbreaking filmmaker whose unquenchable curiosity led him to write, produce, stage and direct many of the films he appeared in, resulting in such adored classics as The Bellboy, The Ladies Man, The Errand Boy, and The Nutty Professor. By becoming a "total filmmaker," Lewis surpassed expectations as a comic performer and emerged as a driving force in Hollywood. He broke boundaries with his technical innovations, unique voice and keen visual eye, even garnering respect and praise overseas. However, American critics and the cultural elite tended to reject his abrasive art. While they viewed Lewis as nothing more than just a clown, others like the French recognized him as a true auteur, giving rise to questions that have perplexed American pop culture for over 50 years: Why do Europeans love Jerry Lewis? What is this inexplicable aversion Americans have towards him? Is he just a brash, anything-for-yuk buffoon? Or is he a creative genius? Who is the man behind the clown?
