It's a French flashback to the 30's and 40's when entertaining guests was done in impressive and luxurious parlors. Josh Temple enhances the usability of this living room and dining room by creating two sophisticated areas. First, for the living room, is an inviting cinematic sitting space featuring a fireplace accentuated by thin brick veneer and a 60-inch TV, art deco niches with a vertical aquarium backdrop, and chesterfield seating. For the dining room, there's a banquette built into a pony wall with ironwork detailing, a bar cabinet and draft tower unified with tile en pointe and sculptural spindles, a reclaimed table made from original flooring, and a hand painted silhouette of a French 75 field cannon. |
