Josh Temple and his team transform a dark, old kitchen into a bright, open kitchen. To start, Josh knocks down a wall to open the space in between the kitchen and living room. In its place goes a new peninsula with built-in stools that play off of the homeowner's favorite kitchen table. Old dark cabinets are replaced with light cabinets embedded with glass. Limestone countertops and beautiful gray tile play off the gray tones in the kitchen and give it some contrast. And to round out this design, a special kitchen nook is built with banquet seating, a one-of-a-kind table and geometric lighting. |
