A demon, posing as Police Inspector Rodriguez tries to kill the charmed ones, and ultimately gets some help from another demon called Tempus. As time gets turned back until the demon succeeds in his mission, Phoebe has a troubling premonition where she sees Andy dying by the hand of the demon Inspector and unfortunately, the sisters are unsuccessful in saving him. |
