A bolshy bike rider pulls a wheelie right in front of an unmarked cop car. The rider attempts to evade the police before falling off his bike, but continues to try and make a run for it. A Senior Constable pull over a car for a simple offence, but a simple intercept turns difficult thanks to the actions of the car's passenger who refuses to provide his information. Then, expected to be a simple speeding fine turns out to be a little more interesting. |
