The residents of Pontypandy have gathered in Pontypandy Park for the annual town festival. Sarah and James go for a ride in Jupiter but James wants to sit in the middle seat so him and Sarah argue during their whole ride on Jupiter. Meanwhile while Elvis is trying to help Station Officer Steele reverse the Mobile Command Unit, he gets distracted which causes the Mobile Command Unit to roll down the slope and into the park. Norman and Derek glue some coconuts on the shy so that no one will knock them off. Later on Mike's heater soon causes a fire. |
