When he returns with a different car, which he describes as a "tatty old thing that needs a lot of work", it causes heated family discussions.Derek picks up an Austin 16 that "goes like stink and has some unusual modern modifications". But it's a 1940s car that divides opinion, and he takes the grandkids for a day out to the Yorkshire coast, with a couple of car-related stop offs en route. |
